The wardrobe on the Canon L Series campaign

I was very fortunate to be part of an amazing team and to work on a brand new Canon L-series lenses campaign. It was a pleasure to work with the brilliant Joey L., he is an amazing photographer represented by Westside Studio. Working with people like that truly inspire me! The energy on set was amazing, we had such a good crew! I was actually kind of sad when we all went home after three day of magic.

I love the result so much that I decided to share some of my behind the scene images and wanted to share some wardrobe information.. I am ALWAYS getting asked, where is this shirt from? Where is this jacket from? Seems like everyone want to know where everything is from.. and it just happen that I love telling people where I shop especially when I get great Canadian designers involved! So after receiving some styling direction from our brilliant Art Director Kyle Scotland form Dentsu Bos. I contacted my favourite stores and visited an other.. 100 to pick the perfect pieces and I am super happy with this stylish result!

DAY 1

Above is the very handsome Joseph Cannata wearing a motorcycle style jacket from Zara, henley from Scotch & Soda. Jeans from H&M and boots by Harley Davidson. His hands are kept warm in the stylish Richmond leather gloves by Quill & Tine. The camera strap is designed by JMB Canada and was shipped from beautiful Quebec City just in time for the shoot. Thanks Rhonda and James :)

Under the camera is the perfect backpack from Filson, the Tin Cloth backpack in otter olive. Thanks to the lovely Karin from Standard Apparel for all your help with the Filson bags!

Even though we lost Michelle Argyris in the fog in the picture above, she is looking stylish in this Danier black leather jacket. Underneath was a grey sweater from Buffalo, skinny jeans from Fidelity and some FRYE boots. She is also wearring the super stylish Trinity gloves from Quill & Tine.. My favourite gloves company! Necklace from Armed carried at Shopgirls.

DAY 2
For day 2 we were on shooting on a ferry.. It was windy! Thanks hot paws :)

Michelle wore this great Roots cabin ribbed tunic and a trench coat from Banana Republic. Jeans from H&M and boots from Rag & Bone. She wear the amazing Page glove from Quill & Tine. Her raw crystal quarts earrings are from Daggar Jewelry and her necklace from Jen Ellis both available at Shopgirls. The brown leather camera straps is designed and made in Toronto by the lovely Jacqueline for Le Jolie Laide.

Joseph wore a Henley from H&M, a plaid shirt from J.Crew and a great G-Star Raw jacket. Grey slim jeans from H&M and ankle boots by J.Crew. He wears the Martel charcoal gloves from Quill & Tine and the Briston Clubmaster Chrono green army watch. He is holding the Filson 72-hour Tin briefcase in tan from Standard Apparel.

DAY 3
For our last day, we had a magical location.. It was beautiful and my favorite outfits! :)

Michelle looked STUNNING in this Soia & Kyo Moka cape and this J-Crew fedora hat! I paired the cape with an oversize turtleneck from Buffalo, dark burgundy pants from Zara and tan high boots. Michelle wears the khaki olive Carlton gloves from Quill & Tine and earrings from Wolfcircus carried at Shopgirls. The black leather camera straps is from Le Jolie Laide.

Joseph wore a Club Monaco button down shirt under a J-Crew grey sweater and a navy quilted jacket from Justin Timberlake's line William Rast. Beige cords from J.Crew and Cole Haan boots. Joe is also wearing The Wellington gloves from Quill & Tine and holding a Filson duffle bag in otter green from Standard Apparel.

Here is some of Bryan's biker photography:

I have always wanted a motorcycle.. but went I was younger I wanted a chopper!! I get that passion from my dad. I love that amazing feeling of freedom and "rebelliousness" when you are on a bike!! It's like flying!

Did you know that the word chopper actually come from the post World War 2 era? Yep, In order to make their motorcycle go faster, service mans remove/chop unnecessary parts of their motorcycle. Then they added a longer fork and higher handlebars. Best of all.. custom choppers always have incredible bad ass art work!

When I was 17, I did art work on motorcycle helmets using airbrush and paint. My airbrush pen was a gift from this great tattoo artist from Quebec. He like my paintings and he made me premise that I would never stop doing art. He thought me a lot and he inspired me to always wanna create and to follow my dreams. Few weeks later, I moved from Quebec City to Toronto and I was calling "Jim Davis/Garfield" office asking them if I could work for him! :)

Ruins of Detroit.. Magnifique!

De si beaux bâtiment avec une si riche architecture! Mélancolique & saisissant! Que d'émotions! So much history, art and emotion is capture in theses photos! All the photography was done by Yves Marchand & Romain Meffre. These two AMAZING French photographers beautifully capture the fragility of things.. It breaks my heart to think that such buildings would be left abandoned but the result also inspires me sooooo much! Is that weird? I would LOVE to do a fashion shoot in some of theses locations! Ana, Joanne.. Road trip??
